Advice - Make sure your friends are ready to swap out their fancy shoes for something good for dancing!

Planning Your Music

We generally start with a polished and romantic vibe and build the energy throughout your day. Start a playlist with some of your favorite songs on Spotify. Once we meet, we'll spend some time talking about music and when certain styles/songs fit best. What about guest requests?

Planning Everything Else

Check out the questionnaire at the bottom of your email. (Can't find it? Try this - LINK) You and your partner should dive in and take a look/answer what you can. Once you submit it, I'll contact you and make a plan to meet in person or Zoom. Coffee/Wine/Beer?

Some Advice

For Your Officiant

Is it your officiant's first time or maybe it's their 1,000th time. Either way, I have some advice to share from the perspective of a DJ.

Toasts & Speeches

Who goes first, how many, how long, open mic, drunk college friend? I've heard some beautiful toasts and some that are the opposite of beautiful. I have some advice to share.

First Dances

Maybe you have this on lock. Or maybe you're concerned about your first dance. I'll estimate more than 3/4th the formal dance songs I play are smoothly faded out around 1:30-2:00

Do Not Play Songs

The top 100 most requested wedding songs mimic the top 100 do-not-play songs almost perfectly. Curious about wedding music? Follow me on Spotify.

Thank You!
